Return & Refund Policy

At Elare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order items


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (photo/video)


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item received was damaged

    • The wrong item was sent

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
